REFUND/RETURNS POLICY

You can purchase in confidence. If any product is defective and you return the same within a period of 7 days from receipt date, we will forward a replacement or full refund. Goods damaged in transit must be notified to  Ashland Chemicals & Hygiene Supplies Limited within three days of receipt. Returned goods should be covered by insured/compensated parcel post. Ashland Chemicals & Hygiene Supplies Limited will not accept liability for returned goods lost in transit. All returns are subject to condition that the item(s) and packaging are unused and in perfect condition. Product(s) returned as unwanted will be subject to a restocking charge of 20%. Ashland Chemicals & Hygiene Supplies Limited reserve the right to deduct an amount from any refund should we deem that the returned item(s) / Packaging do not fulfill the previous criteria. Any such punitive deduction is entirely at our discretion without resort to mediation. Postal, carriage or other delivery charges for items returned are at the expense of the returnee and Ashland Chemicals & Hygiene Supplies Limited do not accept any liability whatsoever for charges incurred when returning any item previously supplied by us.
